For more than 30 years, Lou Vickery has been in the professional training and development more than 2,800 dealers & companies, trained more than 30,000 people .... in 44 states. Lou has been featured numerous times on The Automotive Satellite Television Network (ASTN) in both the sales and service segments. He was raised in the retail automobile business in Atmore, Alabama.
Professional Baseball
After graduating from high school, he signed a professional baseball contract with the St. Louis Cardinals. Over a ten-year career, Lou also played for the New York Yankees organization and coached in the Cincinnati Reds organization. Lou received a B.S. degree from Troy State University. After spending four years with Merrill Lynch, Lou re-entered the retail automobile business in l973 and has been helping others every since.
Author & Speaker
Lou has authored ten published books and two training manuals for automotive-related companies since 1980. Lou is "speaker in demand" for several reasons. Lou is invited to speak as a guest or keynote because of his wit and humor,his life experiences, a delivery style combined with a warm personal touch that brings focus, fun and meaning to any meeting, event, organization or conference.
